Resolution: Done
The first Version of the URI parser 4.0 is available and ready to use.
It converts a given OData 4.0 URI into an JAVA Objects which can be consumed
easily. It covers the 2.0 feature set and most 4.0 features and will be
extended if the usage of the URI parser requires additional changes.
