For a report I think its to detailled. Usually ppl (board later or incubator pmc now) want to know some more kind of higher level. For example: "The Onami has ramped up and the project has been successfully migrated to the ASF. Currently there is a high activity to change code and site to match ASF branding & licensing requirements. Discussions on new developments have already been started." This would show that we are active and healthy. Still it was a great overview from you which we could definitely send to the users list. Our users might be interested in such a detailled report.
