Having a look at the core Google Guice
[build|http://code.google.com/p/google-guice/source/browse/build.xml] I noticed
it is possible, in Doclava, specifying previous releases versions in order to
have a unique javadoc location that will contain all versions, just have a look
at Google Guice
[apidocs|http://google-guice.googlecode.com/git/javadoc/packages.html]
So in the parent it would be just a matter of adding a property, empty by
default, where subcomponents could specify additional Doclava parameters
