@buggtb @Lestarch this is a big commit. Why don't we simply create a branch
in Apache OODT for this. I think we need to do it and it's useful, but I don't
want you to be bogged down by patch review and so forth. Just create an SVN
branch and then you pull and do GH requests against that branch and move
forward without asking for incremental review. Ask for review when it's totally
done :) :+1:
