Hey Chris,

I found the following JIRA issue about dynamic workflows in OODT. I wanted to 
use it for the CMDA project.

I can see the changes in the code but I can’t see any documentation on how to 
use it. I see dynamic metadata information but not dynamic workflow. In the 
comments you said “addressed in r1156658”. Can you please point me to the right 
place?
