I've taken the downtime to write a wiki page for the OODT website should anyone want to edit it: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OODT/How+to+Publish+the+OODT+Web+Site Its pretty straightforward as its a simple jekyll site, there is a bit of a hop to get it into production and just covers how to add a new release download because thats all automatically generated from a config file to make it dead simple.
