The test cases in cas-metadata are put in
{{metadata/src/test/org.apache.oodt.cas.metadata}} folder. However, the
standard location for this should be
{{metadata/src/test/java/org.apache.oodt.cas.metadata}}. In addition, these
test cases haven't been updated in a while and are out of sync with the classes
they are built for.
