yes, the attached patch already designed to create WFGEN war file.
in addition, the patch also creates another tarball, which bundles separate
tomcat server where WFGEN.war is already placed under /webapp. This is for
novice users who want to use just WFGEN out of box, and users just need to
expand tarball, run bin/startup.sh and ready to go.
if there is no objection for this as well, the patch is ready for commit.
