Though if we use hadoop-trunk profile and in the future hadoop-3 branch isn't
trunk, we'd have to update the poms anyway to remap hadoop-trunk profile to
hadoop-4 branch or whatever. As it stands, the hadoop-3 profile will always
point to the hadoop-3 branch.
