After Oozie submits an MR job, there is a "Console URL" displayed on the Oozie
web console, as part of of the job info. This console URL points to that
specific MR job info to be obtained from the JobTracker. The URL is similar to
this:
http://job_tracker_host_name:port_number/jobdetails.jsp?jobid=job_01234567
There needs to be a way to modify the URL to be more like
xyz.jobtracker.domainname.com/jobdetails.jsp?jobid=job_01234567.
Essentially an alias for the <jobtracker>:port_number.
