the idea sounds good.
We need to think on what happens with either JMS is down or it cannot keep up
with the amount of messages being push through.
I think in addition we should have an event handler impl that writes the events
to a table (may be generalizing the SLAEvents) and they are avail over HTTP
(like the SLAEvents today).
