When I tried to run it, I got:

Error: E0902 : E0902: Exception occured: [unknown host: hdfs]

Looks like there's some other problems with the job.properties:
\- {{oozie.wf.application.path}} uses {{$\{nameNode\}}}, but {{nameNode}} is
defined afterwards so it gets resolved to an empty string ""
\- The {{nameNode}} and {{jobTracker}} have the wrong port numbers
