CoordActionsCountForJobIdJPAExecutor getName() has
CoordActionsCountJPAExecutor. Also can we have the getNumActions renamed to
getTotalActions and keep the variable as Integer instead of int as we are not
populating it always. Realized this only when I saw the hudson comment on
Backwards Compatibility. Backwards Compatibility - I think we should be ok as
we are not changing the interface CoordinatorJob and only adding a new method.
