There is 1 additional warning difference between COMPILE-clean.txt and
COMPILE-patch.txt
[WARNING] Could not transfer metadata asm:asm/maven-metadata.xml from/to loc
It is a maven warning and not actual javac warning and can be ignored. Test
failure unrelated.
