To clarify more,
- Admin puts sharelib dirs of pig,hive,etc under here
/user/oozie/share/lib-staging
- Oozie server(s) copy that to /user/oozie/share/lib/tmpXXXX on startup. It
also copies launcher jars from WEB-INF/lib into
/user/oozie/share/lib/tmpXXXX/oozie on startup
