I discussed offline with Bowen: dataset frequency doesn't currently support
cron syntax yet (OOZIE-1431), so we'll add the documentation for that later,
and point 5 can be ignored for now.
The new patch looks good; I like the example of when it would be useful. One
last minor thing: instead of saying this:

Oozie didn't support this kind of scheduling policy without resorting to
unnatural acts. To improve this weakness, cron-scheduling is introduced.

let's try to make it sound more "friendly" :)
Something like "Previous versions of Oozie didn't support this kind of complex
scheduling policy without requiring multiple identical coordinators.
Cron-scheduling improves the user experience in this area, allowing for a lot
more flexibility."
