It's currently listed in the release-log under "Oozie 4.1.0 release". If we
change this to "Oozie 5.0.0 release" and include things that require a database
upgrade, then are we planning on releasing Oozie 5 next (after 4.0.1) and not
doing any point releases (e.g. 4.x.0) for Oozie 4?
