[~sriksun], so we don't want to purge any finished subworkflows of a long
running workflow. We only want to purge coord actions of long running coord
jobs. And, when you say "coord action", you mean purging both "coord action" in
the "COORD_ACTIONS" table and the corresponding "workflow" in the "WF_JOBS"
table, right?
