Description:
There are two errors here:
1. The output size of shell job for windows
is more that default value.

exceeds maximum [2,048]

2. Oozie reads output from job in Properties file. But when that output
contains \u, Properties#load method throws " Malformed \uxxxx encoding".
because it tries to read unicode combination.
