I noticed that I wasn't seeing any messages about Coordinator jobs or workflow
actions, so I took a look at the code and saw this in JMSJobEventListener.java:

public void onWorkflowActionEvent(WorkflowActionEvent wae) {
}

public void onCoordinatorJobEvent(CoordinatorJobEvent wje) {
}
@Override
public void onBundleJobEvent(BundleJobEvent wje) {
}

We should implement these methods so that all job/action types send out
messages.
