Here's an idea I had:
Currently in ZK, when each server registers, they put up some metadata about
themselves (the keys are in the {{ZKMetadataKeys}} class in {{ZKUtils}}).
Right now, this is just their ID and URL. We could add which sharelib they are
currently using to this metadata. Then, when a server wants to purge a
sharelib (and we don't have to restrict this to the first server anymore), they
would check the metadata to make sure no other servers are still using that
sharelib.
