I prefer the dataInPartitionValue() for this scenario as it is clean and also 
might be useful in other cases. But if you want to make it easier for the user 
by avoiding user have to manually specify the partition column names again and 
dataInPartitionValue() once for each partition in the export query, then we can 
do dataInPartitions() with type as "hive-export" and throw error if there is 
more than one partition.
