Description:
By looking at status page ( or new oozie health page), one should be able to
find out Oozie and all dependent components status.
For HA, VIP will use this web-service to identify host availability.
If ZK, DB or Hadoop is down ( or temporally down) then web-service should not
return 200, so that VIP can take host out of rotation.
