For Hadoop, HBase, and HCatalog, you can't just change the version in the root
pom; you need to also adjust additional poms under hadooplibs, hbaselibs, and
hcataloglibs. If you notice in the maven output, the version numbers for those
components are part of the Oozie version numbers, and you have to change those
(you may have to also change the dependencies if the components have also
changed those). You can look at OOZIE-1586 for an example, where we changed
hcataloglibs to Hive 13.1
