I am good with that. Our purge scripts still check for endtime, but they don't 
do recursion for sub-workflows. But our partition pruning just drops older 
partitions without checking any state of workflows or dependent actions. We do 
partition pruning (truncate and drop) to free up and reclaim the BLOB space as 
just deletes do no do that in Oracle.
