These are in oozie-default.xml. Will fix these
bq. -1 the patch seems to introduce 1 new javac warning(s)
This is due to calling Services.get().getConf().set(..,..) in
TestJavaActionExecutor.java. [~rkanter], do you want me to add a
ConfigurationService.set() method and annotate it with @VisibleForTesting for
use in tests?
