Purshotam Shah commented on OOZIE-2108:
---------------------------------------
Now we will have all set of operations( kill, resume...) for job and jobs
options.
* oozie jobs -kill
* oozie job -kill
Is not that confusion?
Can we do something like this? It will be easy to use kill command.
oozie kill [<id>] [ -value] [name=<abc>]
[~rkanter] your thought?
Can you put patch in RB? it's a big patch and will be easy to review.
> Given a coordinator name, kill all jobs with that name

> Currently, there is no bulk write operations in "jobs" API. We would like to
> first introduce a bulk kill operation that kills all jobs which satisfy the
> filter. The desired usage will be {noformat}oozie jobs -oozie
> http://localhost:11000/oozie -kill -filter name=something{noformat}
