Reattaching patch to see if tests run this time. Did not find any conflict and
error in precommit build is "[WARNING] The requested profile "testPatchCompile"
could not be activated because it does not exist."
bq. stream.addenvironment is never set, so it will be always empty. We can
replace this with value="";
This could come from mapred-site.xml if there is some default streaming
environment setup for the cluster. So not removing the code.
