Retrieving  all jobs is ok. But killing or suspending all jobs is a risky 
operation.
I believe that we should never allow to kill/suspend on regex or all jobs. 
Command like kill/suspend should take id(s)/name(s) and should only kill them.

If not used properly can cause inevitable situation.
command like "oozie jobs -kill -filer status=RUNNING -jobtype bundle" will kill 
all running bundle, which will kill all coords and wfs ( which means every 
processing jobs will get killed). I guess we should safeguard that.
