Just a minor change to make it more clear to the user.
EMAIL_ATTACHMENT_ERROR_MSG = "\n Note: This email is missing configured email
attachments as sending attachments in email action is disabled in the Oozie
server for security reasons.".
Please check why the earlier patch did not compile and rebase patch if you need
to.
Can you check this into 4.2 branch as well? Better have it there as others
might want to do turn it off for security as well.
