I think the idea here was that Hive2Credentials doesn't work without the
hive-jdbc dependency, so unless the user manually adds it, you get a CNFE when
trying to use Hive2Credentials. If it would be better for most users to revert
this, that's fine with me; in CDH, we ship a single version of Hive with each
Oozie, so we actually had this dependency set for a while before
[~bowenzhangusa] even made this patch. Anyway, go ahead.
