Currently user can only have one path for workflow lib, but while having
multiple libs would be very useful to user.
Let say a user wants to maintain his own common library, which can be used in
multiple workflows, or users wants to maintain version on libraries and have a
notion of common set of jars at one location and actual application code
changed jars in some other location.
