I did not see anything like that in the logs, however I have noticed that when
the test failed I could see the log message:
....Acquired lock for [org.apache.oozie.service.StatusTransitService]....
before the actual coordinator actions started. Have you included the log of a
failed case?
Also now I cannot see other options why this coordinator transition to failed,
so the worst thing what can happen by committing this code is to reopen the
case after the test case fails again.
