Can you please address the {{RAW_PATCH_ANALYSIS}}, {{RAT}}, and
{{FINDBUGS_DIFF}} issues? While doing so, for ease of review, can you please
post the next diff also to ReviewBoard, and link the RB URL to this JIRA?
