Reattaching the patch will kick off another run (after at most 10 minutes 
delay).  In fact, it already has here: 
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-OOZIE-Build/38/

If you have Jenkins access, you can also always kick off a run manually by 
entering the JIRA number here: 
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-OOZIE-Build/build

Here's the previous run where it failed - looks like the node went down while 
it was running the tests:
