[~pj.fanning] We have spark-1 and spark-2 profiles, so we might add a spark-3
profile as well. Please open a new Jira for that if you want to experiment with
this. We are using some old version of hadoop, guava, ... so I'm not sure if we
can add a working spark-3 profile right now. It is possible that we could only
add this after some big updates.
I'm not sure about the spark-2 / spark-3 popularity now, but probably it's
safer to change the default to spark-2.
