Resolution: Won't Do
Seems to me Xerces is back in business (
[https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/xerces/xercesImpl] ) OOZIE-3663 plans to
update to a recent (2022) version.
Of course it's still possible that there are better XML libraries but if the
main reason for the change was the old release date of our xerces then we don't
need to change.
