Hadrian Zbarcea told me he set up 4 lists: dev, user, commits & private.
I assumed messages from JIRA would go to commits, but again we want to follow standard practice unless we have a special requirement. Last week we agreed to use dev for general technical discussions and not to use user for now. I assume we will know when we need to use private, but we have not decided on anything specific.
