This is a vital page right now. We need to on-board more developers, and this
is key.
Include information to bring a developer up to speed. Should include technical
overview of the product. Should also include information on our organizational
processes, methodologies, and tools; as well as developer mailing list info,
important developer links, and maybe who is currently involved and what time
zone they are in. Anything else you think would be important for you to know
as a new developer.
Also might check out other Apache projects and see what they have. Copy what
applies to us / makes sense for us.
