Lists sponsors. AT&T may be a sponsor since they donated the core software,
but I'm not sure. Find out. I'm guessing they'd be the only sponsor we might
have, if any, but also verify that this is the case.
Also list information about how to become a sponsor. I'm not sure how that
works, so refer to other Apache projects. And if it's still not clear, ask the
mentors.
