Hi,

I'm starting this thread to discuss whether it's a good idea to add a page
listing all individuals and organizations that sponsor our test infrastructure.

OpenDAL prioritizes integration tests, and we never encourage developers to
test our code using mocks. Instead, we test against real storage services to
ensure our code works in reality. However, this requirement demands a
non-trivial investment. This test infrastructure is supported by our users and
developers but has never been recognized.

By adding such a page, I have two purposes here:

1. To thank those who help build OpenDAL by sponsoring our test infrastructure.

For example, I sponsor the azblob/azfile/azdLS services test, Suyan sponsors
the Google Drive and Aliyun Drive tests, and Databend Labs sponsors COS, S3,
and many other services tests.

I believe adding a page to express our gratitude is something our community can
offer besides building the best software.

2. To clarify the current service test status.

Although nearly all services are covered by tests, there are still many
services left untested. For example, Huawei Cloud OBS and others. We can make a
call to seek sponsors for these services.

What do you think?
