"One Layer, All Storage"

I propose to use `Solid Foundation` to replace `Reliable Behavior`.

The section will be like:

> ## 1. Solid Foundation
> OpenDAL is a solid storage library.
>
> It should be a solid foundation of users project that users can trust OpenDAL
> to perform operations on real-world storage services. Wherever possible,
> OpenDAL should focuse to build a solid Foundation.

Any ideas? Does this tenet convey what OpenDAL aims to build more clearly?
