The current MSRV is 1.75, but when I want to use stabilized `std::sync::LazyLock` instead of `once_cell::sync::Lazy` in #5252 , I need to upgrade MSRV to 1.80. @Xuanwo suggests that it'd be better to start a discussion to gather community feedback before upgrading the MSRV, so can I upgrade MSRV to 1.80 in the next minor version of opendal core?
