I think a good policy could be that OpenDAL sticks with bugfix and feature 
branches of Python release cycle, namely bugfix(3.12 + 3.13) + feature(3.14). 
Like this it's easy for people to know when support is being dropped and you 
are reasonably up-to-date with reasonable python versions.
