Not really sure about the problem either. I just did a mvn -Dassemble
clean install , and the build was successful. Since I thought that the
tests passed, I assumed it was fixed. I  need to be more careful with
JIRA issues. Probably asking the list first before closing is what I
should do if I am in doubt.
