In my company, I'm trying to contribute as much as possible and I would like to be more available to participate to mailing lists, to submit patches and help developing OpenEJB. But you know, the open source initiative is quite new for my company and it's difficult to get free time to contribute that's why most of the time I contribute in my own, during my free time. It's a very nice experience for me and working for you and all the community give me a lot of knowledge. I'm learning a lot (and every day) of the overall Java EE platform ...
