"beans" is a short for "enterprise beans", but probable "ejbs" is better.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe we can replace both
"BeanManagerHelper" and "beans" (or "ejbs") by an utility object that does
the lookup of the ejb only when we need it. I like...
