OrderColumn not work for mixing annotation and xml metadata

I had add "org.apache.openjpa.persistence.jdbc.OrderColumn" annotation to the
collection(ArrayList) attribute, and define the xml mapping in the orm.xml, but
I found that the index column will not insert during save the object
