Test case for LoadFetchGroup.
These test cases employ only basic fields (no relation). They all pass in my
local environment.
Craig, will you please review the cases to see that they are testing correct
semantics of load-fetch-group?
If you think that the test cases are alright then I will add relation fields in
the mix.
