Support new OrderColumn annotation and XML equivalent as defined in sections
10.1.36 and 11.3 (orm_2_0.xsd) of the 10/31/2008 JSR-317 draft. OpenJPA has an
OrderColumn annotation which behaves similarly so this item may not be a
significant amount of effort.
